Terms and Conditions

1. The Summit registration fee does not include the cost of travelling to the venue and accommodations. 

2. Requests to pay through invoice must be submitted via email to the Secretariat at finance@ifsb.org. All registration will be confirmed only after full payment is made to the IFSB.

3. The participants will bear the bank charges, service tax, and any other chargeable fees beyond the registration fee.

4. Registration is transferrable to another person within the same organisation through an email request to the Secretariat at conference@ifsb.org. New invoice(s) will not be issued where there is a change of participant(s). Reissuance of invoice will be provided only if the final payment amount changes due to changes in the number of participants.

5. An official receipt will be issued upon request.

1. Any cancellations before or on 20 April 2024 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made on 21 April 2024 and onwards will not be eligible for refunds.

2. The participants shall bear the bank charges, service tax and any other chargeable fees incurred while refunding the registration fee. 

3. To initiate a refund,  please complete the refund request form.

4. Refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request.
